Terms of use
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms govern the use of Horanza. Please read them carefully: by creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1.What Horanza is
Horanza is a technology platform that connects clients with appointment-based businesses and provides management tools for those businesses.
We do not provide the booked services. Each business is solely responsible for the services it offers, its prices, the quality of its service and its own cancellation rules.
2.Account and sign-up
- You must be 18 or older and provide true, up-to-date information.
- You sign in with your Google or Facebook account; keep it secure, since actions taken from your account are your responsibility.
- Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3.Rules for clients
- Only book slots you intend to keep, and cancel in advance when you cannot attend.
- Follow each business’s cancellation policy and rules.
- Repeated no-shows may lead a business to decline new bookings.
4.Rules for businesses
- Keep services, prices, opening hours, address and team accurate and up to date.
- Comply with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and any other laws that apply to your activity.
- You are the controller of your clients’ data: use it only for legitimate purposes and only send campaigns with a proper legal basis, honoring unsubscribe requests.
- Only give dashboard access to members of your team, with the right role for each one.
5.Plans, payments and cancellation
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions, charged in advance by card through Stripe and renewed automatically until cancelled.
- There is no lock-in: you can cancel at any time from the dashboard, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- On your first purchase, you may withdraw within 7 days and get a refund, as provided by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.
- Price changes will be announced in advance and apply from the next billing cycle.
6.Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- Publish illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Create fake bookings, send spam or impersonate another person or business.
- Try to access other users’ data, bypass plan limits or exploit security flaws.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the software, or scrape data without permission.
7.Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you publish (text, photos, logo) and allow us to display it on the platform while it is published, only to provide the service.
The Horanza brand, software and design belong to Horanza and may not be used without permission.
8.Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but interruptions may happen due to maintenance, updates or third-party failures. Whenever possible, scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
9.Responsibilities
Horanza is not responsible for providing the booked services, for delays or no-shows by clients or businesses, or for content published by users.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.
10.Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing contatoappagenda@gmail.com from your registered email; cancelling the subscription in the dashboard does not delete the account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law, with prior notice whenever the situation allows.
11.Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Privacy policy12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the platform or by email before they take effect; continuing to use Horanza afterwards means you accept the new version.
13.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
