Loyalty program
A client loyalty program, without paper cards
Set after how many appointments the client earns a discount. Horanza counts completed bookings, shows progress in the client's account and applies the discount on its own to the booking that completes the goal.
- No lock-in
- Cancel anytime
- Unlimited bookings
How it works
From program created to discount applied
- 1
Create the program
Give it a name, set after how many completed bookings the client earns the discount and whether it's a percentage or a fixed amount.
- 2
The client builds up
Every completed appointment counts. The client follows their own progress in their account, with no card to stamp.
- 3
The discount applies itself
When the client books on the profile and that booking completes the goal, the discount is already applied to the booking's price.
- 4
You keep track
See the participants, each one's progress and how many redemptions have been made.
Rules
You set the program's rules
- Goal
- After how many completed bookings the discount is granted, such as the 10th, 20th and 30th.
- Discount type
- Percentage or fixed amount, never more than the service price.
- Service
- Applies to all services or just one.
- Validity
- Start and end dates for the program.
- Redemption limit
- How many times each client can use the discount, or unlimited.
- More than one program
- If a booking fits two programs, the larger discount applies.

|---|---|
| The client forgets or loses the card | Progress lives in the client's account |
| Stamping depends on someone remembering | Each completed appointment counts on its own |
| Discount worked out at the counter | Discount applied to the price of the booking that completes the goal |
| Nobody knows how many clients take part | A participant list with progress and redemptions |
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about loyalty programs
How do I create a client loyalty program?
Pick a goal that's easy to understand (for example, every 10 appointments), a benefit worth having and clear rules on validity and limits. On Horanza, you create the program in the panel and counting and discounts happen on their own.
How do I create a loyalty program for a beauty salon?
Start with the service that brings clients back most often, like blowouts or manicures, and give the discount on that same service. On Horanza, you restrict the program to one service and set the goal in completed bookings.
Is the discount applied automatically?
Yes, when the client books on the public profile: if that booking completes the goal, the discount is already in the booking's price, respecting the redemption limit.
Do cancelled bookings or no-shows count?
No. Only completed bookings count.
Can the client see their own progress?
Yes. In their account, the client sees the programs they take part in and how many bookings are left until the next discount.
Does the loyalty program cost extra?
No. Every feature is available on every plan; what changes is the number of establishments and professionals.
