Cookie policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies Horanza uses. In short: we only use what is strictly necessary for the platform to work securely and to remember choices you made. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
1.What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages, such as the fact that you are signed in. Local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way, but stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
2.How we use them
Every cookie we set is necessary: without them you could not sign in, keep your session secure or have your chosen preferences respected. That is why they do not depend on consent, relying on legitimate interest and on providing the service you requested.
3.Cookies and storage we use
Over secure connections, authentication cookies may appear with the "__Secure-" prefix.

4.Third-party services
Some steps happen on partner pages or components, which follow their own cookie policies:
- Stripe, on the checkout page and the subscription portal.
- Google and Facebook, when you choose to sign in with them.
- Google Maps, on business profile maps and address search.
- Better Auth, on the sign-in screen and in the signed-in area, for security checks that use signals from your device.
5.How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or complete bookings.
The preferences stored in your browser (theme, tutorial and notifications) can be removed by clearing this site’s data.
6.Changes to this policy
If we ever adopt optional cookies, such as audience measurement, they will only be enabled after your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Whenever this policy changes, the cookie notice will be shown again.
