Beauty salon software: schedule, clients and team in one place
Your clients book from their phone at any time and every professional has an organized schedule. The salon keeps track of tabs, inventory and commissions without a side spreadsheet.
Clients book on their own, even outside salon hours
The salon gets a public profile with cover, logo, services by category (with duration and price), professionals, address with map and WhatsApp link. Just put the link in your Instagram bio or send it on WhatsApp. The client picks a service, a professional and a time among the slots that actually exist.
Free slots are calculated from the service duration, working hours, breaks, days off and holidays. Two clients never book the same time with the same professional.
Fewer forgotten appointments, without sending reminders one by one
The client gets a confirmation as soon as she books and automatic reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, by email and push notification (push is optional). If she needs to cancel, she does it from her own account, within the deadline the salon sets.
A cancelled slot doesn't have to stay empty
The client joins the waitlist from the profile and tells the service, professional, days and time range. When a matching slot opens, the first in line get a link valid for up to 2 hours, and whoever confirms first gets the slot.
You know who should have come back
Horanza calculates each client's visit rhythm and shows who is due, who is at risk and who has gone. Clients who already have a booking stay off the list. One tap opens the WhatsApp chat, or you add the group to a win-back campaign.
The appointment ends and the rest falls into place
Service and product sold go on the same tab, which closes with one or more payment methods. Inventory is updated and the professional's commission is calculated from the appointment.
2Picks the service, for example “Hair coloring”, and sees duration and price.
3Picks the professional.
4Sees only that professional's free slots for that service.
5Signs in with a Google or Facebook account and confirms.
6Gets the confirmation and, later, the 24 h and 2 h reminders.
On the salon's side
1The booking shows up right away in the professional's schedule, with an alert in the panel.
2On the day, the Today screen shows what needs attention: unconfirmed bookings, slots that passed without check-in and who missed yesterday.
3After the appointment, the tab brings service and product together and closes with the payment method used.
4Inventory, commission and the client's history are updated without typing anything again.
And when the client asks on WhatsApp?
The front desk records the booking in the panel: searches the client by name or phone, picks service, professional and time and, if they want, sends her the confirmation.
Features
Features that make a difference in a salon's routine
Schedule per professional, with breaks and days off
See each professional's day side by side and block times for lunch, appointments and absences.
Regular clients booked all at once
The weekly manicure or the biweekly blowout becomes a recurring series. Upcoming dates are generated automatically and each occurrence can be adjusted.
The client's file always at hand
Booking history, tags, service preferences and internal notes only the team sees, like the color used in the last coloring.
Loyalty that gives a reason to come back
Set the goal, for example a discount on the 10th completed blowout. The discount can be a percentage or a fixed amount, apply to all services or just one, and have a validity period and a redemption limit. The client follows her own progress.
Product inventory with no surprises
Stock in, stock out, batches, expiry dates and unit cost. Alerts for minimum stock and upcoming expiry, and stock-in import from the NF-e XML.
Commission calculated from the appointment
Rules per professional or per service, with calculated, available and paid amounts, and every payout linked to the appointment that generated it.
The client sees the slots on the profile and books on her own
Service duration worked out in your head
Free slots already account for duration, working hours and days off

A list of who is due, at risk or gone
You know how much came in, but not how much you lost
A report with no-shows, unfilled cancellations and idle hours
Why switch
Why not just use WhatsApp, a paper book or a spreadsheet
WhatsApp
Great for chatting, but it doesn't keep track of times. With Horanza it stays in the flow: the link shows on the profile and the panel has shortcuts to message clients. Automatic WhatsApp messages are not available yet.
Paper book
Doesn't show the slot to the client and doesn't alert anyone when someone cancels.
Generic calendar
Records appointments, but doesn't know each service's duration, each professional's day off, commissions or inventory.
Spreadsheet
Records things after they happen. With Horanza, the record happens during the appointment.
Booking-only tools
Stop once the client books. Horanza keeps going: tab, inventory, commission, client return and reports all use the same appointment.
Who it's for
For a one-person studio or a salon with a team
Individual
You work alone
The Individual plan costs R$ 39.90/month and includes 1 establishment and 1 professional, with schedule, profile, waitlist, tabs, inventory, finance, loyalty, campaigns and reports.
Custom
The salon has a team
On the Custom plan, you choose the number of professionals starting at 2. Each person joins with the right role (manager, front desk or professional), and a professional sees only her own schedule on her phone.
Custom
You have more than one location
On the Custom plan, each location has its own schedule, team and profile, and you switch between them in the panel.
Plans only change the number of establishments and professionals. Role-based access is on the Custom plan.
Frequently asked questions about beauty salon software
What should beauty salon software include?
A schedule per professional that respects each service's duration, online booking by the client, automatic reminders, a client file and control over what happens after the appointment: tab, inventory and commission. Horanza brings all of this into the same panel.
How much does Horanza cost for a salon?
The Individual plan costs R$ 39.90/month, for those who work alone. For teams, the Custom plan is configured by the number of professionals (starting at 2) and establishments. No plan has a lock-in or a booking limit.
Do my clients need to download an app to book?
No. They book in the browser, on the salon's profile, signing in with a Google or Facebook account. Turning on notifications is optional.
Can each professional see only their own schedule?
Yes, on the Custom plan. A professional who is invited and linked to their own record sees only their appointments, not their colleagues'.
Does Horanza send reminders on WhatsApp?
Not yet. The 24 h and 2 h reminders and the confirmation arrive by email and push notification. The panel has shortcuts that open the WhatsApp chat to reach the client.
Can it calculate the professionals' commissions?
Yes. You create rules per professional or per service and track calculated, available and paid amounts.
Can I manage the salon's product inventory?
Yes: stock in, stock out, batches, expiry dates, unit cost, alerts for minimum stock and expiry, and stock-in import from the NF-e XML.
What happens when a client cancels?
She cancels from her own account, within the deadline the salon sets. If there are matching clients on the waitlist, the first ones get a link to take the slot.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from the panel. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
