Can each professional have their own login?
Yes, on the Custom plan. You invite the professional by email and link the login to their record. They sign in on their phone or computer and see only their own schedule.
Can a professional see colleagues' schedules?
No, when signed in with the professional role. Managers and front desk see every schedule.
What can the front desk access?
Every schedule, clients, booking status, time blocks and tabs. Services, team, settings and financial reports are outside the front desk's access.
